Rates For The 2008 Season

REGISTRATION: A registered family is parents and unmarried children who are living
with their parents. Site registration is for ONE FAMILY ONLY, regardless of how many families own the trailer.

* ADDITIONAL OWNERS MUST PURCHASE VISITORS' PASS OR PAY THE DAILY RATES *

PERSONS UNDER 19 YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT ALLOWED TO STAY WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION

RATE FOR 2008:

$2,200. plus applicable tax and Lot Assessment Levy, (approx. $80.00).
This price also includes ALL hydro, water, and sewer, shed and picnic table.

A non-refundable deposit of $500. is due September 15, 2007

*If not paid, unit must be removed from lot by Thanksgiving at owner's expense*

Balance of $1,700. is due May 1, 2008

2% interest per month will be charged on past due balances on May 31, 2008

VISITORS' FEES: $6.00 per day from age 12 and up $3.00 per day from ages 5 to 11. NO CHARGE for children age 4 and younger.

SEASON PASSES: $130.00 per season for unlimited number of visitors. (plus applicable tax) $65.00 per season for single visiting person. (plus applicable tax) .

THIS ONLY APPLIES WHILE THE REGISTERED FAMILY IS PRESENT!

BOAT DOCK RENTAL: $300.00 standard-( per season plus applicable tax) -. $500.00 premium-(per season plus applicable tax).

100 LB PROPANE CYLINDER RENTAL: $35.00 per year. (plus applicable tax)

INSIDE BOAT STORAGE: From October 31, 2008 to April 1, 2009. Boats only, no motor vehicles- $300.00 up to 19 ft.- $400.00 for 20 ft. and over (plus applicable tax) .

SECURITY GATES: Refundable deposit of $25.00 per card. MAXIMUM of 2 cards per site if the registered family has more than 1 vehicle. These are in place for your protection. Please do not let in unknown persons or vehicles. Letting someone in with your gate card will render yours void for an unknown timed delay! Families without a season pass, letting in visitors without registering them, WILL BE CHARGED FOR A PASS.

SUBLETTING: When your trailer is occupied during your absence, by any person(s) other than your registered family, VISITORS' FEES APPLY - SEASON PASSES DO NOT COVER SUBLETTING!

* ALL VISITORS MUST STOP AT THE STORE UPON ARRIVAL AND REGISTER REGARDLESS OF VISITOR'S PASS* Anyone wishing to pay for their visitors, please do so in advance.

OFF-SEASON CAMPING: Off-season camping is $10.00 per day per family.

PARK GATES WILL NOT BE OPEN BEFORE MAY 9, 2008.

TARPS ON TRAILERS MUST COME OFF BY MAY 24, 2008.
